C’est si Bon Hotel | Otjiwarongo

Many people think photographers have this fairy tale job of travelling from one exotic shoot to the next incredible adventure. And for some, this is true. But when we return, we all find ourselves in the same pityful position as so many other – behind a desk with cup after cup of steaming and then totally forgotten cold coffee. That is the truth for me in any case.

I have been stuck behind my desk for weeks on end now, editing. Every now and then I’ll quickly nip out for a coffee with a desperate, waiting friend (yes, more coffee!) or play house-house with #mrhandsome.

A few weeks ago C’est si Bon Hotel & Conference Centre contacted me for a few photos of their newly renovated areas. They offered me a chance to nip out – and sadly, to add to my desk time. But I thoroughly enjoyed the change of scenery and the change in editing styles it offered.

And if you ever have the chance to visit C’est Si Bon – make sure to have at least one dinner here…. you will never ever again go hungry!
